Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Training Workshops

  • 15 Days or More Before Start: 100% refund of the fee paid, minus a 5% administrative and payment gateway fee.

  • 7 to 14 Days Before Start: 50% refund of the fee paid. Alternatively, you may opt for a one-time rescheduling to a future batch of the same course (subject to availability).

  • Less Than 7 Days Before Start: No refunds will be provided. You may nominate a replacement participant from your organization at no additional cost, provided they meet the course prerequisites.

2. Consulting and Facilitation

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 15 days before the scheduled start. Clients will be liable for any non-recoverable preparation costs or pro-rated fees for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

3. Cancellation by Coucal Consulting

If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, instructor illness or Force Majeure), you will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid. Coucal Consulting is not responsible for any personal travel or logistical expenses incurred by participants due to such cancellations.

4. Certification Exam Vouchers

Exam vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once the code has been issued.

5. Refund Processing and Bank Credit Timeline

All refund requests must be sent via email to support@coucal.consulting with your order ID and payment proof.

  • Approval: Once your request is received, we will verify your eligibility under this policy and notify you of the approval or rejection within 3-5 business days.

  • Initiation: All approved refunds are initiated to the original mode of payment (Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 3-5 business days of approval.

  • Bank Credit Timeline: Following initiation, it typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to be credited to your bank account. Please note that this timeline is subject to standard banking procedures and may vary depending on your bank's policies.
